Get The Glam Look: Love & Hip-Hop, Karlie Redd

Happy Tuesday lovely readers! I still can't believe we're already half way into 2018 it's crazy how this year is flying by so quickly. This look is inspired and a recreation of Cardi B's talented makeup artist, Erika La Pearl that was seen on Karlie Redd from the reality tv show Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta. This show is somewhat of a guilty pleasure of mine since I don't really have as much drama in my life as the series has but I do love noticing the amazing beats on some of the ladies. I originally posted this look to Instagram when Erika announced a contest on recreating what she did. Although I did not win, this was an amazing opportunity to actually get noticed by one of the sponsors, The Technique Agency (@tekniqueagency).

About the Look: The look pairs bronzy neutral eyes with a stunning red lip color, white liner and fluttery lashes. This look was very simple to recreate and I also used all drug store branded items.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics: Gemini & Scorpio

The first time I raved about the Jeffree Star lipsticks were in a favorites post I did a while back. The company has since then added more shades and even more products to their line and still today I haven't been disappointed with anything I've purchased. The formula of these lipsticks is remarkable not to mention all the bold shades that compliment all skin tones. Here is a quick show & tell of his newest velour lipstick shades Gemini & Scorpio.

Lime Crime Venus Palette

Now that Fall is here, I feel that this would be the perfect time to talk about a palette that has blown me away recently. The Lime Crime Venus palette has been on my wishlist for so long and I'm very happy to now share this little piece of heaven with you.

Dramatic Fall Makeup

Haven't posted in a good while so I thought it was time to put up a few fall inspired makeup looks to this blog. Here's a dramatic one that's still daytime friendly. A subtle smokey eye with a deep berry lip. Face is kept clean still with no intense contour just some bronzer and blush. Hope you like it.
